How to extend the service life of the solar mounting bracket?

Most of our accessories are made of AL-6005-T5, such as: mid clamp, end clamp and rail. Most solar systems have a service life of more than ten years. Then it is extremely important to have a set of high anti-corrosion and corrosion-resistant solar mounting systems.

We extend the service life of the solar mounting system by anodizing the surface of the aluminum.

What is anodizing?

Aluminum has corrosion resistance, but it will form Al₂O₃ after contact with air, which weakens the corrosion resistance and acid and alkali resistance of aluminum, and the surface will peel off, fade and corrode over time. Therefore, the surface needs to be anodized.

Anodizing refers to the anodizing of aluminum, which is a process in which aluminum and aluminum alloys form a layer of oxide film under the action of an applied current under the corresponding electrolyte and specific industrial conditions. It's called anodizing.

The aluminum plate after anodizing treatment has a long service life, strong corrosion resistance and acid and alkali resistance.
